Returns

•To be eligible, the item must be:

•Certain items (such as intimate wear, personal care items, or sale items) may not be eligible for return.


Return Shipping Costs

•Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

•Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Restocking Fee

•For returns due to customer preference (wrong size, change of mind, etc.), a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

•Returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items will not incur any restocking fee.

Refunds


• Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.

Exchanges

•We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
